Our pelmeni are exclusively handcrafted, made with ingredients from
local suppliers and farmers. We delight in exploring unique fillings and
innovative combinations, experimenting with wild game, Ural berries,
mushrooms, and herbs, all complemented by a selection of premium
products.
Our chebureki are always prepared fresh to order, served piping hot
straight from the fryer, ensuring every bite is wonderfully crispy and
incredibly juicy.
Be sure to also try our posikunshiki – the Ural version of miniature
chebureki.
We proudly craft our own infused spirits (nastoykas) using the
esteemed French sous-vide method. This careful technique allows us
to perfectly extract and concentrate the maximum natural flavor from
each ingredient. Moreover, we use local, even homegrown, herbs and
botanicals from our own gardens.
